There isn’t much to a back flip.

Just make sure your legs are strong enough to perform the jump.

Then you need to remember to swing your arms for momentum, tuck (curl up, knees in), then untuck at the end.

If you are a little worried, practice on a trampoline, mattress, etc for safety to eliminate fear.
Getting someone to spot you is great as it helps you feel more secure.

The reason most people cant complete the flip is because they dont commit to it 100%. They end up pulling back a little bit, whether conscious or subconsciously and then end up coming just short. If you can jump high enough for it, its a matter of committing to the move and not holding anything back. Practice on a mat and youll get it. Make sure you have someone there tho in case you land awkwardly.

Haha my advice is that you really should learn it from a martial artist or gymnast otherwise your risking serious injury my friend tried one and he fell on his tailbone and broke it, it was wierd blood started pouring out of his mouth like crazy.

do it on a mat. so u can get over the natural fear of ramming ur head into the ground. after u land it onto the mat u will be able to land it on the ground.

US News and World Report has an article on the candidates flip flopping. They refer to Sen. Obama as a “serial flip-flopper,” with the most recent flip being his flipping on gun control.

He has flipped flop on every issue. Go to Obama’s website and see what he says about each issue and then compare to what he has said on the campaign trail. He isn’t even following his own websites issues. Example: NAFTA, he said he is against NAFTA on his website. Yet he voted for it in the senate, he told the Canadians he was for it, he told the Texans he was for it, he told Ohio he was against it, he told Pennsylvania he was against it, and he told West Virginia he was for it. So you might be confused on where he stands on that issue, let me try another. Campaign finance. He says he is for Campaign Reform on his website, he agreed to take Public Funds and said that anyone that didn’t was a Corporate Whore, and then last week said he was not going to take Public Funds.. Still confused, go to his website and see what he says he says he is going to do, and then read what he is out on the campaign trail saying he is going to do, and then watch what he actually does.
